Tau village - Ba Be National Park (Our bus will transfer runners from Ba Be Event Zone to the starting point)
Bo Lu village (Ba Be Event Zone)
03:00PM (CP5) – 07:00PM (CP6) – Unlimited time for the whole trail
Participants taking part in the 42km race must be at least 18 years old on the race day.
42km trail runners need to be present at Ba Be Event Zone at 5:00AM. Our shuttle bus will transfer runners to the starting point – the North wharf at 05:15AM sharp.
We will start the race from a concrete track zigzagging through the small villages of local ethnic people, passing by the golden rice terrace fields ready for being harvested at the beginning of winter season. Crossing a small stream down the mountain alley, you will enter deep into Ba Be National Park running under the large shade of thousands-year-old trees giving you a feeling of being lost in the woods.
Running through the traditional Cam village on stilts of Tay people, following the small trail with steep terrain through the vast cornfields we will reach Dau Dang waterfall. On reaching the waterfall – one of the most famous tourist attractions within Ba Be National Park border, the heat after a long run will be eased by the water vapor being emitted from the huge body of water pouring down from the top of the waterfall.
The trail becomes steeper and local villages are out of sight as you enter deeper into the center part of the National Park. Enjoy the quietness deep in the woods, far away from the bustling cities and discover the fascinating beauty of nature while running through the reserved area of Ba Be National Park.
